Directions:
Mix softened butter with garlic, Italian herbs, and red pepper flakes
Spread the garlic butter evenly on each slice of bread
Season chicken with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper
Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, then slice into strips
Toast the bread until golden and crisp
Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each slice
Layer chicken, cheese if using, tomato slices, lettuce, and avocado
