Ingredients
• 2 cups flour
• ½ cup honey
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup butter (soft)

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 1 cup raisins
• 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
- Prep:
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease your pan. - Cream:
Mix butter + sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, then honey and vanilla. - Combine:
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. - Mix batter:
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with milk. - Add raisins:
Fold in raisins (lightly coat them with flour so they don’t sink). - Bake:
Pour into pan and bake for 35–45 minutes.
