Steak and Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 package of K.A.M.E hokkien stir-fry noodles
1 whole sweet yellow onion
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
4 oz boneless ribeye steak
1 pound of fresh uncooked shrimp
1 bottle of General TSO spicy stir-fry sauce
1 bottle of Teriyaki sauce
2 tsp of crushed red pepper
1/2 cup of sweet red chili sauce
2 tbs of vegetable oil
1 tbs of sesame seed oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter for cooking
Meat tenderizer
Badia complete seasoning
Old Bay seasoning

Directions
Slice the sweet yellow onion and all three peppers into strips. Peel and devein the shrimp if needed. Set everything aside so you’re ready to go.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high and add 2 tbs of vegetable oil and 1 tbs of sesame seed oil. Toss in the sliced peppers and onion, season with salt and pepper, and sautΓ© for about 7 minutes until they’re cooked to your liking. Once the vegetables are done, set them aside on a plate.

Slice the ribeye into bite-sized pieces and season the beef with meat tenderizer and Badia complete seasoning. In the same skillet, add a pat of butter and put in the sliced steak. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until it’s done the way you like it. You’ll want a good sear on the outside.

After the steak is cooked, add another tablespoon of butter to the skillet and add the shrimp. Cook the shrimp for about 5 minutes or until just tender β€” do not cook shrimp over 5 minutes. Season the shrimp while cooking with Old Bay and a little more Badia complete seasoning.

Return the cooked vegetables and steak to the skillet or move everything to a wok if you prefer more room. Add 1 additional tbs of sesame seed oil and 1 additional tbs of vegetable oil to the pan, then pour in your General TSO spicy stir-fry sauce and Teriyaki sauce. Add the K.A.M.E hokkien stir-fry noodles and stir everything together.

Sprinkle in the 2 tsp of crushed red pepper and stir in 1/2 cup of sweet red chili sauce. Mix until just combined and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes so the noodles soak up the sauce. Don’t worry if it looks runny at first β€” it will thicken and cling to the noodles as it simmers.

Taste and adjust salt, pepper, or extra seasoning as needed, then serve hot. Enjoy!
