Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- Β½ cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- ΒΌ tsp salt
Instructions:

- Let cool before serving.

Instructions:
- Heat cream until warm (not boiling).
- Add chocolate chips and butter.
- Stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix in vanilla and serve.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups strawberries
- β cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Cook strawberries and sugar in a pan.
- Mash lightly as they soften.
- Add lemon juice.
- Simmer 10β15 minutes until thick.
- Cool and serve.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- ΒΌ cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Heat milk until warm.
- Whisk egg yolks and sugar.
- Slowly add warm milk to eggs (temper).
- Cook on low heat until thick.
- Add vanilla and stir.
π 5. Raspberry Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 cups raspberries
- ΒΌ cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Cook raspberries and sugar.
- Mash and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add lemon juice.
- Strain seeds if desired.
- Serve warm or chilled.
