High Protein Garlic Herb Steak Bites & Cajun Mac n Cheese!


Ingredients:

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

For the Cajun Mac n Cheese:

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds more. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter, then stir in flour. Cook for 1 minute, then slowly whisk in milk.
  4. Add shredded cheese, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
  5. Mix the cheese sauce with the cooked pasta and serve alongside the steak bites.
