🍰 Ingredients:
Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup sugar

6 tbsp melted butter

Filling:

24 oz cream cheese, softened

¾ cup sugar

3 eggs

⅓ cup sour cream

¼ cup lemon juice

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 tsp vanilla extract

Blackberry Swirl:

1 cup blackberries

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp lemon juice

🌀 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then cool.

Blend blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Strain to remove seeds. Set aside.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla.

Pour filling into crust. Drop spoonfuls of blackberry puree on top and swirl with a knife.

Bake for 50–60 minutes until center is just set. Cool, then chill at least 4 hours.

Serve with extra blackberry swirl or fresh berries.
