Ingredients
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 chicken breast pieces
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili paste or chili oil
- 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger (chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter or sesame oil
- Spring onions
- Seaweed pieces
- Chili flakes
- Salt & pepper
How to Make
- Boil the eggs for 6–7 minutes and cut them in half.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Fry the chicken in butter or sesame oil until golden brown.
- In another pot, add garlic, ginger, chicken broth, soy sauce, and chili paste. Let it boil.
- Add ramen noodles and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Pour noodles and soup into a bowl.
- Add chicken, eggs, spring onions, seaweed, and chili flakes on top.
- Serve hot with extra chili oil for spicy flavor. 🔥
