📋 Ingredients::
- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 1 lb pasta (penne, rotini, etc.)
- ½ cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic in Butter
While the pasta cooks, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Cook the Steak
Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Add Cream and Ranch
Stir in the heavy cream and ranch dressing. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Combine Pasta and Cheese
Add the cooked pasta and shredded mozzarella cheese to the skillet.
Stir well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Season and Finish
