- Honey Garlic Pork + White Rice & Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 400 g pork strips or pork cubes
- 200 g cooked white rice
- 200 g broccoli
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt & black pepper
Instructions:
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
Cook it in a hot pan with oil until golden.
Add garlic, honey, and soy sauce.
Pour in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce becomes thick and glossy.
Steam the broccoli and pack everything in containers with the rice.
- Pork Stir-Fry with Noodles & Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 400 g pork strips
- 200 g noodles
- 200 g mixed vegetables
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce, optional
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions:
Cook the noodles and set aside.
Sear the pork over high heat until browned.

Instructions:

- 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
- Sesame seeds, optional
Instructions:
Cook the pork until golden.
Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and cornstarch slurry.
Pour over the pork and cook until the sauce thickens.
Sauté or steam the green beans.
Pack with rice and top with sesame seeds.

Ingredients:
- 2–4 pork chops
- 500 g potatoes
- 80 ml milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 g mixed vegetables
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt, black pepper & garlic powder
Instructions:
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook in a hot pan until golden and juicy.
Boil potatoes and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
Sauté vegetables until colorful and tender-crisp.

Ingredients:
- 400 g pork pieces or pork fillet slices
- 300 g sweet potatoes, cubed
- 200 g asparagus

Instructions:
