Instructions
Prepare the cheese mixture
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
Add cranberries and pistachios
Fold in the chopped cranberries and pistachios.
Shape into balls
Scoop small portions and roll them into bite-sized cheese balls using your hands.
Coat the cheese balls
Roll each ball in extra pistachios and cranberries for a colorful coating.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
