Ingredients:
- 4ā6 lemons
- (Optional) a little sugar if you want sweet lemon powder

- Wash the lemons very well and dry them completely.
- Peel the lemon zest carefully (avoid too much white part because it can taste bitter).
- Spread the peels on a tray.
- Dry them:
- In the oven at 80ā90°C (175ā195°F) for about 1ā2 hours, OR
- Use a food dehydrator, OR
- Air dry for several days until completely dry.
- Once fully dried and crispy, grind them into a fine powder using a blender or spice grinder.
- Store in an airtight jar.

- Mix into cookies or pastries
- Add to tea
- Use in sauces and marinades
- Sprinkle into drinks for extra lemon flavor
