- 4 medium potatoes

Instructions:
Fast Method (Microwave + Oven)
- Wash the potatoes well and poke them several times with a fork.
- Microwave for 5–8 minutes (flip halfway through).
- Rub potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and spices.
- Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 10–15 minutes until crispy outside.
- Cut open and fluff the inside with a fork.
Extra Fast Air Fryer Method:
- Microwave potatoes for 5 minutes first.
- Air fry at 200°C / 400°F for 8–10 minutes until crispy.
