1. T-Bone Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 T-bone steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- Rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions:
- Season steaks with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat grill or pan until very hot.
- Cook 3–5 minutes per side depending on thickness.
- Add butter and herbs, then baste the steaks.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
2. Grilled Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 beef steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions:
- Rub steaks with oil and seasoning.
- Grill over high heat until desired doneness.
- Rest before slicing.
3. Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Shape into loaf form.
- Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 45–55 minutes.
- Add extra ketchup on top before serving.
4. Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt, pepper, parsley
Instructions:
- Mix ingredients.
- Form small balls.
- Fry or bake until cooked through.
- Serve with sauce or pasta.
5. BBQ Ribs
Ingredients:
- 1 kg ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
- Season ribs with spices.
- Cover and bake at 160°C / 320°F for about 2 hours.
- Brush with BBQ sauce and honey.
- Grill or bake uncovered for 15 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
