1. Prepare the Fries
1. Peel and cut potatoes into fries.
2. Soak them in cold water for 20ā30 minutes, then dry well.
3. Fry at medium heat until lightly cooked, remove and rest for a few minutes.
4. Fry again at higher heat until golden and crispy.
5. Sprinkle with salt while hot.
2. Cook the Steak
1. Pat the steak dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Heat a pan or grill until very hot.

Medium: 3ā4 min per side
Well done: 5+ min per side
4. Add butter and rosemary during the last minute and spoon the melted butter over the steak.
