🫒 Homemade Stuffed Green Olives

Ingredients:

500 g large green olives (pitted)
1 small roasted red pepper (pimiento), cut into strips

Brine

2 cups water
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)

Instructions:

Stuff each olive with a small strip of roasted red pepper.
Place the olives in a clean glass jar.
Mix water, salt, and vinegar until dissolved.
Pour the brine over the olives until fully covered.
Close the jar and refrigerate for 24–48 hours before serving.
