🛒 Ingredients:
🥛 1 cup milk (any kind)
🌱 3 tbsp chia seeds
🍯 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
🍓 Fresh strawberries, sliced
🥣 2–3 tbsp yogurt (optional)
🌰 Mixed seeds for topping
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix milk, chia seeds & honey in a jar. Stir well.
2️⃣ Refrigerate 2–4 hours (or overnight) ❄️
3️⃣ Add a layer of yogurt and fresh strawberries 🍓
4️⃣ Top with extra strawberries & seeds.
