🥩🍤 Loaded Surf & Turf Fries

Crispy golden fries loaded with juicy grilled steak, seasoned shrimp, sautéed peppers and onions, melted cheese, and a creamy garlic cheese sauce.

Ingredients

For the Fries

4 large potatoes, cut into fries

Vegetable oil for frying

Salt, to taste

For the Steak

1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tbsp olive oil


1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Shrimp

½ lb (225 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper

For the Vegetables

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

For the Cheese Sauce

1 cup cheddar cheese sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Garnish

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Fries

Fry the potatoes in hot oil until golden and crispy.

Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

2. Cook the Steak

Season the steak with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the steak for 3–5 minutes until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.

3. Cook the Shrimp

Melt the butter in the same skillet.

Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add the shrimp, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked.

4. Sauté the Vegetables

Heat olive oil in a skillet.

Cook the onions and bell peppers for 5–7 minutes until tender.

5. Assemble

Arrange the crispy fries on a serving platter.

Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and drizzle with warm cheddar cheese sauce.

Top with the grilled steak, garlic butter shrimp, and sautéed vegetables.

6. Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serve immediately while hot and enjoy.
