🥗 Grilled Chicken & Shrimp Salad Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 6–8 grilled shrimp
  • ½ avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup chopped cucumber
  • ½ cup roasted cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup grilled zucchini
  • ¼ cup grilled onions
  • Crispy fried onions, for topping
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Fill a serving bowl with the chopped romaine lettuce.

  1. Arrange the grilled chicken slices and grilled shrimp on top.

  1. Add the cucumber, avocado, roasted cherry tomatoes, grilled zucchini, grilled onions, and crumbled feta around the bowl.

  1. Sprinkle with crispy fried onions.

  1. Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.

  1. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste.

  1. Toss gently if desired, and serve immediately.
