8 slices thick-cut bacon
8 slices sourdough bread, lightly toasted
2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
4โ6 crisp lettuce leaves (romaine or iceberg)

Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy.
Transfer to paper towels to drain excess grease.

Lightly toast the bread โ just enough to add a gentle crunch while keeping that soft sourdough bite.

Spread mayonnaise evenly on each slice of bread.
Layer lettuce.
Add tomato slices and season with salt and pepper.
Top with crispy bacon.
Close with the second slice of sourdough.
