Ingredients
- Puff pastry sheets
- Cooked steak, chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Optional Flavor Upgrade
Mix the steak with:
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Tiny splash of hot sauce

Step 1: Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine:
- Chopped steak
- Mozzarella cheese
Add the optional flavor ingredients if desired and mix well.
Step 2: Prepare the Pastry
Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of steak filling in the center of each square.
Fold and seal the edges using a fork.
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Step 3: Bake
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
Step 4: Serve
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
Serve hot with:
