- 2 chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Add butter and mushrooms, then sauté until soft.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Mix honey and soy sauce, then pour into the pan.
- Let everything simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce becomes thick and glossy.
- Serve hot with rice, pasta, or vegetables.
