Ingredients:
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 6–8 grilled shrimp
- ½ avocado, diced
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- ½ cup roasted cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup grilled zucchini
- ¼ cup grilled onions
- Crispy fried onions, for topping
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning, to taste
Instructions:
- Fill a serving bowl with the chopped romaine lettuce.
- Arrange the grilled chicken slices and grilled shrimp on top.
- Add the cucumber, avocado, roasted cherry tomatoes, grilled zucchini, grilled onions, and crumbled feta around the bowl.
- Sprinkle with crispy fried onions.
- Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste.
- Toss gently if desired, and serve immediately.
