Strawberry Cake Layers:

1 box (16.5 oz) Strawberry Supreme cake mix
3 large eggs
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1 cup whole milk
1 box (3 oz) strawberry gelatin mix
Cheesecake Layer:

3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions:

Prepare Cookie Crumbs: Crush cookies, mix with gelatin, butter, and food coloring. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Bake Strawberry Cake: Mix cake ingredients, bake in 9-inch pans at 350°F for 24-28 minutes. Cool completely.
Make Cheesecake: Mix cheesecake ingredients, bake at 325°F for 40 minutes. Cool and freeze.
Make Frosting: Beat cream cheese, heavy cream, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Assemble Cake: Layer cake, cheesecake, and frosting. Top with cookie crumbs.
