Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions:

Fast Method (Microwave + Oven)

  1. Wash the potatoes well and poke them several times with a fork.
  2. Microwave for 5–8 minutes (flip halfway through).
  3. Rub potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and spices.
  4. Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 10–15 minutes until crispy outside.
  5. Cut open and fluff the inside with a fork.

Extra Fast Air Fryer Method:

  1. Microwave potatoes for 5 minutes first.
  2. Air fry at 200°C / 400°F for 8–10 minutes until crispy.
